    Hi Guys

Am wondering if anyone knows of a personal trainer in the south Dublin area with expertise in bodybuilding/mass building? Any trainers I’ve seen at my gym are a bit….girly… don’t mean to be rude by that. Have been working out for 4 years and know a lot about it. Current stats are 215lb 46c 32w 17a 25q. BF is about 15%. Have completely plateaued in the last year or so. Am looking to gain another 20 – 30 lean pounds, and end up at 220 – 230 lean.

    Any pointers welcome

PS - I know all PT's in theory can do muscle gain but I am looking for someone who has experience/knows what they are talking about... :)

What gym you training at? I'm in Total Fitness Sandyford and would be happy to have you as a training partner - I'd put nearly all pt's to shame with my knowledge of training and nutrition, and from the stats you should be a good build. All you probably need to do, from experience, is shake up the diet and training a little cos you aren;t quite at your natural peak.

Thanks for the offer but have odd working hours so that wouldn't really suit. Thanks again
