I agree with this. If your manager is worth his salt, he'll take you back (assuming here you are good at your job etc).

If he's a prick, then he won't. I wouldn't work for someone like this personally. I like to feel appreciated

If your manger fires you. You have no legal recourse as your underage at 15. Legally your not even allowed to be working part time at 15. Bit i suppose a broken leg id what you get for pricking about at work
