Is anyone else sweating like a mo fo. It's soo horrible, it's not hot, it's just humidity and it's been here for a couple of days now.

Please tell me other people are feeling like this?

I got up at 7.30, the heat was keeping me awake

It's very cloudy here, not sunny at all. I walked to the shop to buy a newspaper (15 mins away) and was drenched in sweat by the time I got home. Just wore shorts and a t-shirt.

Was in Virgin Henry St yesterday and it was like a sauna. Never experienced humidity like it as I queued to pay.

This type of weather sucks. It's impossible to know what to wear - invariably you'll get it wrong. It seems to be getting worse the last couple of years.

Why can't we have proper heat like when you go abroad? :rolleyes: :mad:

I'm finding it desperate when I have to walk round town and the rest, no wind, not even a little breeze and I'm sweating like there's no tomorrow.

It's such uncomfortable weather to be in.

I wasn't able to sleep for most of the week and I am in the middle of my GCSE's, but we had thunder and lightening last night and it cleared the air and i got a good nights sleep!

Aye, that was a belter of a storm at about 3am. Dunno about the rest of the country, but in the sunny NE here it's as good a day as I've seen in years.

everyone stop complaining - its warm and nice so just enjoy it. If you don't sleep under a blanket, but just the sheet, you won't be as warm. Buy a fan to keep the air going........

I think its the humidity thats the worst, was in town earlier on and it was fairly hot and I wasn't in the least bit annoyed at the heat.

For the past few days been sweating like a rapist in this heat.. thanks be to god it aint like the 40 degree weather i was in while in U.S a few years ago.. i say enjoy it while we can, as our summer is about 3 weeks long lol

My hands are on fire... I have warm hands in general and this heat is making them burn. They're so hot I keep having to run them under the tap every 5 minutes. It's driving me mad.

The humidity killed me, I was drenched. The heat I don't mind tbh. I have no clothes for summer though. All I have are jeans, o neills, a hoody and skirts which I only wear with tights and the tights are too warm so Ima hafta get me some new clothes. Of course, once I buy them it'll start snowing or something.
