try registering for budget travel newsletter- they send last minute deals each week. Also its worth checking out teletext-aertel, either on tv or on www.rte.ie- lots of travel agents post their last minute deals there.

Others for hotels and stuff is laterooms.com and lastminute.ie. Not sure about package holidays though.
