Datasheets - wher to get them ?

    I need a datasheet for an IC
    Static SRAM - obsolete - possibly since 1992.....
    HM65256AP-15 - think it's a 32 * 8 bit
    A pinout would be nice :)

    I've tried googling...........seems obsolete IC are not flavor of the month . :o

    Any refs to sites that might help ?

    Try googling the number with filetype:pdf

    Most IC manufacturers have specs going back decades on their sites.

    I'm all googled out - still no trace :mad:

    Tried the pdf thing already - still no luck ...............
    Hitachi have forgotten they made ICs :confused:

    Ho trovato un data sheet cartaceo della 65256
    (32768-word x 8-bit high speed
    pseudo static ram) DIP-28.
    La piedinatura é la stessa di una 62256.
    the pinout is the same as the 62256 ;)
