any decent MA books?

    hi,
    Looking to buy a decent MA book technique and fitness orientated.
    any ideas?
    Saw a 2 book offer from bas rutten? anybody hear anything about these?
    2 of teh gracies did a fitness book (saw ad in irish fighter) but cannot rem name.

    depends on what youre interested in but most martial arts books are pretty brutal tbh.

    Bas' Big Books of Combat have a good reputation. I've never seen them, but I have his MMA workout CDs and they rock.

    Buy DVDs instead, they are miles ahead of book. I find MA books mostly frustrating.

    Watch My Back my Geoff Thompson is probably the best one I read..though I suppose its not really an MA book in that sense
