How do I find details on a number?

    Got an 8 euro charge on my bill for 1530 475000. Just realised there is no number to contact UTV that I can find out about this number. Is there a way to find out who or what this number is, barring calling it.

    Nevermind.. appears its telestunt, just someone on it too long ringing a mobile in another country.
