    Yeah posted in bargain section.
The 7800 is ment to be hitting our stores on the 22nd of this month. Well www.overclockers.co.uk clame they will have these in stock. I guess thats why the price drop in nvidia cards the past month.

www.jes-computer.de if link above does not work. There are a few 6800gt's going cheap... have not seen any other web site selling these for any less then 325euros.

    Edit: Fixed link...

Im goin to be sick, thats so cheap its not funny. Great though as thats a cracking card even if its one of the oldest GT's still solid.Read its great for overclocking too.

EDIT: isnt the Leadtek 6800gt supposed to be the fastest one in AGP its only 269.00 - posted a link for the fastest 6800gt's ages ago and cant find it now.Anyone please

Has anyone got a card the same length as this one in a Chieftec case?

It looks a lot longer than my current card, and i'm unsure as to whether it'd fit or not  I could imagine the hard drive cage blocking a card like this.

Want to buy the Gainward or Leadtek 6800GT from jes.de - anyone brought either of these to 6800Ultra Spec.s yet? Any opinions on which candidate has the best stock cooler? Meant to be very suitable for this purpose and unlocks a load more performance....

Anyone know if theres a replacement BIOS that could be used in place of software tweaking this? Have done this with great sucess using my 9800PRO - brought it to 9800XT spec.s with a BIOS flash - great performance and stability - added a Arctic Cooling VGA silencer also, just safeguard things - this is presently for sale if anyone is interested.......

You can use coolbits or other programs that will allow you to overclock your video card when in windows. You can set it to auto clock video card at start up there is no need to flash the bios. But im sure you could but using coolbits is what i would do.

    Alright lads-

Putting together an MCE machine and am confused by the graphics card requirements. I've been told I "an Nvidia 6600/6600GT/6800 video card " would be good but dont know the difference between AGP and PCI or whether I need 256MB or will 128MB do.

I won't be playing games on the machine and sound is not an issue (itll be in a separate room from TV) so itd be sweet if someone could recommend a good card with VGA or DVI output on jes.de

I'm looking at the Gainward 6800Gt at the moment and that price is brilliant. But, I've seen Jes pop up here a few times before. Has anyone bought from them?

What happens (with any site really) if you get it, try it and it doent work on your computer? Not that its broken or anything but it just doesnt suit my set up?

The foreign language scares me too.
