I love Fuzz. Dirty nasty sexy Fuzz. If I could, I'd wear nothing but a Big Muff all day. That'd be so kinky.

Anyway, I need a good Fuzz pedal. I'm going down to Cork soon and I'm hoping to see one.

Does anyone know if there's anywhere in Ireland that sells the Fuzz Factory? I like Zachary Vex. He's such a great guy. He has such a nice approach to marketing. They're overpriced, but he'll fix them for free, even a second hand one.

Does anyone know what a "MOAF" is? Mother of all Fuzz I presume, but I haven't seen anything about it other than that it's great.

I want a really wild sound. I like Muse a lot(I know Matt uses a Fuzz Factory, as well as a Big Muff on occasion), and also QOTSA and Smashing Pumpkins, so they'd be the main Fuzz tones I'm after, though I do like a lot of Jimi's tones too.

I want to get some dark growls out of it, kinda like the New Born riff. I want one that will sound really nasty when I chain it with my Turbo RAT(Which turns into a Fuzz-ish pedal on the top pickup with the tone knob down). I play some Metal(though that's not entirely relevant), and lots of weird stuff like a lot of 80S goth type stuff (which doesn't use much Fuzz, which makes it all the more unique for me to use it ;))

So, what should I get? I'm asking here because I'm hoping people will tell me of a pedal I can actually buy here.

Big muff can do a lot of what the Fuzz factory can... and its less muddy. FF is overrated

I got a hold of Zachary Vex. I'm trying to get him to bring his magical pedals to Ireland.

And the Fuzz Factory isn't the only pedal he makes :P A lot of people feel it isn't his best one. He makes soem truly amazing stuff. I want an Ooh-Wah for Christmas.

Big Muff all the way. Look for the Double Muff, it's a new one they've brought out that'd no doubt suit your needs.

I was playing around with a double muff last week. Very very fuzzy but it had feck all clarity in it. Might have just been the set up I was running through though.

Yeah I hear the Russian ones arent half as good.
My American has served me well for years. Cool wooden case for it too!

I have the American version. Very nice. Softer though, than I might like. With a noise gate and a compressor though, it tightens and sharpens so I get a nice tangy fuzz. It's got bite in its sound with that kind of setup. Thick, but not dull.
