I've found Vodafone's staff to be pretty good actually. And their service has been excellent, although yes, I have experienced difficulty with their website. They probably need to use a different host... or stop trying to host it themselves and let someone like Rackspace look after it.

Still though, I'm going to move to 3 the minute they get here with their promised cheaper prices (if they are indeed cheaper) :D

    I agree with 'kstanl'.
Vodafone staff are pretty good but christ, the website is down nearly once a week.

Pretty ridiculous considering its the no.1 mobile network in Ireland!

I reckon its got someit to do with the fact that 3G was launched on Ready to Go pre-pay last week and they are proabably upgrading the site casue of that.

It is frequently down, though back now. I am on a bill phone, but I use it often for sending text messages.
