    Has anyone downloaded stuff from the tv download sites and if so which is the best one regarding price and speed etc.

    OoK! Downloading of tv shows is frowned upon due to the whole legality of it and secondly if you are going to download them then dont go and pay for scam site for the privilige when you can get them for free ;)

    In fairness I think some tv programs can be downloaded legititmately. Doesn't Discovery or Home and lesure actually advertise the fact?
    Are some stations charging for it?

    KBS (Korean Broadcasting Service) have an online archieve of almost all thier TV porgrammes. Some are free, and some are fee basis. Very clever as you candl/watch Korean tv programmes with 1 hour of TV broadcast !
