Not when I was last there ( 2 years ago) Bonn is actually very small - however if you hop on the train to Cologne (Koln) you'll find 2 or 3 all within minutes of the station - and each other

Cologne is only 20mins away on the train

But if you do stay in Bonn - try the Paulaner bar for good food and drink, and be sure to go into the Bonnsch (sp?) where they serve the local equivalent on the Kolsch beer (in very small glasses)
