FTV Card Question

    I got a Sky FTV card on ebay and it arrived yesterday. I put it in the digibox at about 10pm (Panasonic Digibox) All of the FTA channels BBC1 2 3 4 were all there but when I went onto ITV, ITV2, Channel4 and five, it said to phone a phone number to upgrade to receive this channel.

    I left the card in the digibox overnight. So, at 7 this morning, ITV and ITV2 were there but no channel 4 or five. I went to work leaving the card in the digibox. Should Channel 4 and five appear at some stage during today???

    Yup - had the same experience of late. In fact if you don't use the card for a period of time (ie: take it out of the decoder) it will become 'disabled' and will return to that state where some channels are blocked. Leave the card in for a bit and they'll return - albeit slowly. I found ITV was the slowest one to return, C4 was quicker and Five was quicker again.
