OJ mentioned it on IRC about 5 minutes ago. My mum is on the alert, any sign of Sellafield going boom and we're straight down to Cork ('Cause in Cork, nothing can touch you)

apparently, we're not allowed be told, in case it causes panic, so everyone in Ireland is just gonna "radiate" in their sleep tonight. Means the Government have a bigger budget for a smaller population.

Could somebody please clarify wheter there has been some form of attack on sellafield or Not ?? this is extremely serious, this is the sort of stuff you read about and never really ponder, i panicked straight away when i read this and if this is not true, i am calling for the banning immediatly of the hoaxer involved without delay if this is a hoax, at this stage i don't know all the major news websites have nothing bbc / skynews /cnn / rte I would not be surprised if there was an attack for the government to cover it up like the chernobyl disaster, That was first detected when scandanavian nuclear power plants shut down as the radiation levels were so high that it fooled there own safety systems into thinking there was something wrong with their own Nuclear power plants.

I have just emerged out of my cellar, aka bomb shelter, thank god this wasn't true, i had noticed that my idione tablets were out of date since March but after emerging today i rang the HSE and they reasured me there good till xmas and that they will probably be issuing new ones sometime before then. This was a nasty prank that caught me by surprise and forced me to but my emergency action plan into force, 2 year old tinned peaches were not a nice breakfast this morning. Anyway at least there was no attack, perhaps there might be more maturity in future in regards to these things.
