Stop an App being quit???

I have an application which I'm installing in a number of different locations.

I have full access to the PC's it's going to be installed on so I can change most settings if I need to. The PC's are Windows XP. The application itself has no option to quit it so it would need to be closed by ending the process. The application will be loaded from startup.

    My question is this...

On some of the PC's the general users have administrator rights, how do I go about stopping them from ending this process. I would be able to restrict certain rights as long as the users had most of the admin rights.

On other PC's the general users don't have full administrator rights. But again what's the best way for me to ensure they are not able to end the process.

I don't know if there is a way to load it as a system process but no doubt someone here can direct me to the information I'm looking for.

    Thanks

If the users have admin rights then they can do anything they want.

yes you can install it as a process - google for SRVANY.EXE
