How do you name-tag your songs to put then onto your Ipod?

OK, I just got myself an Ipod. Now I read that you can`t really organise them in Folders or by artist etc. How do you tag your Songs in order to be able to organise them properly? I am using Tag&Rename, and was thinking of Artist - Album - Track - Song Name.. any thoughts ? THX, DSAB
