Printer Problems

I have an Epson Stylus CX3200 printer/Scanner/copier. When I go to copy or print a page, the page is pulled into the printer sideways where it gets stuck or doesn't print at all. Have tried with only one sheet of paper but still no joy. Any suggestions? Thanks! :)
