I hope this works but Im not positive..

    Go Tools > Options

    Then select "Network Neighborhood" tab

Finally check the box marked "Allow others to share my files and printers"

By the way, if this does work I assume it only allows users on your LAN to view the shared folders not internet users, but Im not sure.

    Cheers,

Have those two boxes ticked. What seems to blocking my access is the application Nt and Kernel but i have this set to allowed. It is still blocking packets though?

    Anyone know?

    Thanks

Try going to Advanced Rules and add the MAC/IP Address of the device you're trying to access.
