I've been in training for the ladies minimarathon this Monday for about two months and I'd like to run it to the best of my potential. Their website : www.womensminimarathon.ie has been giving good training and nutrition advice up until now but haven't updated the nutrition page.
What I really need to know is what to eat and when to eat it on the day of the run. Considering its at 3pm and I'll probably lie in until 11.
I was thinking porridge with raisins at about 12pm and loadsa water all day.
Anyone got any advice on what I should eat on Sunday and Monday before the race?
