Best quote in... the prequels

Reading through the best and worst quotes thread, I noticed that virtually all the best quotes are from the original trilogy.

Are there any decent quotes in the new films? Palpatine probably has the odd few decent lines, but I just can't think of any...

There's got to be some redeeming quotes in there!

That's actually two different scenes, you just hear it edited like that in the trailer.
