    Hey guys/girls

which pci cooler should I go with?

    this
    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=28679&doy=2m6

    or this
    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/copy_of_copy_of_Vantec.html#aFG_2d004_2dVA

I have Dell Dimension 8250(yea yea, I know), has 5 slots, from top to bottom: VGA+Arctic Silver cooler(2 slots), Audigy2, one of the coolers above, TVTuner.

the case doesn't have an intake fan, so I can't decide which is better, the Vantec one blows air, and the other one sucks it out of the case, I was thinking, since there is no air intake fan, wouldn't air sucker work better? blowing all the hot air out of the case? while vantec would just circulate all that hot air?

Yes, an outgoing fan will work better.

Would you got get an actual case fan as opposed to a PCI fan?

Are those powered from the PCI slot or how or they powered?

Usually powered from a molex plug, ie the ones that power other drives, a case fan would do a better job.

I don't think there are any spaces for case fans in Dells.

yep, there is one HUGE fan for the case that basically takes all the space above the VGA slot, but it's directed onto the cpu

OK. I'm recommending the Maplin one then. I have it in addition to my case fans.
