I'm doing the exact same as you only instead of spits I'm doing beaches. For question B on coasts I'm doing "Coastal works at Hastings" and for Rivers it's "River managment on the Rhone".

For the physical question do you just start straight in at which ever features your doing or do you describe the coast aswell?

Would anyone recomend just studying two physical questions. I had planned to do glaciation aswell but It's impossible to learn! I was thinking of giving Karst landscapes a go.

    Rivers:

okay, here is something im not sure of: you know the way you have to explain the processes involved(hydraulic action, abrasion, etc), do you have to explain them every time you write about different landforms or do you just explain them at the very start then just name them each time?

Say them at the beginning and thats it! Refer back to them but dont continuously explain them, you gain no extra marks by repeating yourself!
