    HI crowd,
    I am haveing a little trouble getting around Sawyer
    just to clarify

    For his 1st backstory, am I right in thinking that Sawyer was the kid and not the actor played by Sawyer, and when the kid grew up, he took the name of Sawyer

    Does that make any sense?


    I have seen up to the 19th episode, please spoil up to that!

    In his flashback, he imagines the guy who grifted his parents as himself. He gradually became like the guy. He now uses the name Sawyer as an Alias.

    That never really made much sense to me either... Why did he take the name Sawyer... that was a little stupid...

    Anyway, the letter that Kate read that Sawyer kept that she believed was written to him was actually written by him about a man called Sawyer...

    He took the name Sawyer as an alias then and proceded to end up exactly like him until he saw the kid and had a fit of conscience

    what i want to know is that
    when hurley is doing the census of survivors, surely he noticed that sawyers name wasnt sawyer? nothing was ever mentioned about that, unless he had a false passport?

    He probably did, and spoke to him about it yet they did'nt show it on TV 'cause its not that interresting!

    Pretty sure he ended up just like the guy who conned his parents (which he said to Kate at one point) but, as in the flashback, had an attack of conscience when he saw the kid and backed out (because the kid reminded him of himself at that age)
