    Hey all,
I am planning on doing serious treadmill running this summer (too hot where I will be to run outdoors) and I am looking for a decent pair of runners. Any suggestions? I am looking at a pair of nike shox but I am not sure are they gimmick or for real

    Hey Winning Hand,

Avoid the shox. Go to Runner's World and do the wet test, then to www.asics.co.uk and the Shoe Advisor to select the right type. Asics are fantastic for running. Good luck!

Buying the right footware will payoff...

Here are the shoes I wore for my first time on a threadmill in about 10 or more years..

Here is one of my feet 20 minutes later.....
