You can get great Tiffany style lamps at good value price's from:- www.qvcuk.com

The real Tiffany lamp's are now mainly collector's items which cost a ruddy fortune.

There are lovely Tiffany style lamps (with the coloured glass shades) available in TK MAXX. I bought a beautiful lamp there; a 1930's Art Deco style figurine with coloured glass features for €30. Probably would normally retail for between €60-€90.
The only issue with TK MAXX is availability; when a product sells it's not replaced with the same item, they change stock regularly. You may need to visit a few times to get the particular item you want. But the last time I was there I seen lovely Tiffany style lamps.
