If you are using firefox, I would just like to know what extensions do you use?
The ones I find helpful are.

    1.Adblock
    2.Noscript
    3.Forecastfox
    4.Tabbrowser

anybody else got some recommendations of extensions that you use?

Lots of good stuff here, but does having a lot of these installed slow the overall workings of firefox?

Customize Google does much the same for all of the google services
    - removes google txt adverts
    - direct links image.google.com search results (extremely handy)
    - Removes google suggestions etc

    Greasemonkey rocks :D

Adblock, FireFTP, Sage, MediaWiki markup, disable targets for download (or whatever that one with a stupidly huge name is, stops new tabs opening on downloads)

And the wonders of XPInstall means that I'm using these on BeOS, not one of the 'supported' platforms

AIMFire looks cool but I don't use AIM, and msnmsgr was cool before it broke with a protocol upgrade

I know exactly what I'm missing out on. I wouldn't consider Greasemonkey essential in any way. I've yet to hear of anything I'd actually use it for. Its a nice tool alright, but its just a toy :)
