    It's officially launch day now and day 1 of Big Brother 6. Housemates will be brought to the house in the morning and will be left in a room until 9pm......SHOWTIME :D

    I pity them being locked in the room alone for that long with nothing to do. That'd be worse than being locked in the house for 11 weeks imo!

    Well, here is my views on our new crop of housemates! BB6 is underway...yay!

    Derek: Came across slightly creepy to me. I think BB is trying a bit too hard to be controversial with the black, gay, Tory thing.

    Lesley: Northern "Emma/Michelle-a-like". The nurses outfit was OTT. "Ugly people make her sad", huh? She must be a bit depressed every time she looks in the mirror.

    Sam: This years "posh" one. Seems a bit up herself, and possibly will turn out to be a bit bland despite all her claims.

    Maxwell: This years all round "geezer". Comes across a bit full of himself and has the potential to be irritating, but will probably fizzle out soon and try to be controversial for controversy's sake.

    Vanessa: A bit of a "girly girl". Strikes me as shallow and a bit of "Anouska-Lite".

    Anthony: Wannabe "lad" - seemed a bit arrogant but came across as a bit pathetic. Time will tell how he turns out. Thought the audience booing was a bit much, until about 2 seconds later when I felt like joining them. Too much exposure could drive housemates to getting rid of him in the plunge pool.

    Roberto: Another older guy, has a big grin and not much else it seems.

    Makosi: Interesting. Could be a bit of a dark horse with the potential to stir things. Seems relatively sane in comparison to the others, if a little spoilt. Watching her perform her task should be interesting.

    Craig: Seems like an overgrown kid with rather silly hair. Thinks swearing is cool, and that's probably the extent of him. I doubt he has much more going on. Apparently he likes to "destroy other peoples lives" when he looks like he'd have trouble destroying an ice-cream wafer. Glad to see he felt he was "born to cut hair" - as I suspect he'll be returning to it soon enough.

    Mary: This years hippy-dippy sensitive one. Will cry. A lot. The door incident was quite funny though.

    Science: Victor-ish, but less aggressive. Most in there for publicity it seems. Other than that, not much going on it seems.

    Saskia: Seems nice and normal-ish, if not the brightest. Laddish, so can see Maxwell making a beeline for her.

    Kemal: Camp Gay Big Brother contestant #515454 who will provide tantrums, tears, etc etc. We've seen it all before.

    Well Mary mentioned that her friend had said to her that Big Brother would be good for her for her acting so she might be partially motivated to get exposure. I don't think it's too important to her though. Just a thought, just a thought.....
