    At least in american they have legal recourse with the amendments of their
    constituation to back them up. I cant see it remaining unchallenged for long.

    He doesn't. Both parents are Wiccan and they have joint custody. The judge just added the order to the divorce settlement on his on volition.

    At least it's pretty much a no-brainer for the appeal.

    I really can't see this order standing for very long. As Talliesin pointed out, whatever our personal opinions of America they have tons of legislation defending peoples right to religious freedom.
