One of the lecturers in our spot last september was referring to how much craic college socials, and claimed he met his "partner" at one
For about 5 months we were on a sort of "he doesnt talk or act gay.....but whats the story with partner" kind of thing
Finally he made some sort of comment in jest referring to birds that cleared the whole thing up.....

That word "single", in this context has been distorted. Single means you have never been married. In other words you could have a girlfriend/boyfriend but still be single. Another word that has been distorted in this context is "partner". If someone introduces someone with them as their partner, you should ask them what business they are in.

i think in a relationship and happy is ahead because those of us who are in happy relationships are so delighted- sometimes its all they can think of-
and when they see an oportunity to tell others how happy they are they take it-like i'm doing right now-and people think there's no love in the world-maybe not globally-but you guys seem to be doing great i'm proud!!
