I've agreed a price with someone to buy my car. Does anyone know the appropriate government body that does the change of ownership form?
    Cheers

The form is on the back of your vechile registration certificate.

Along with a address you send it to... the department of the enviroment in shannon I think, somewhere outside dublin anyway. =D
