Problem with explorer

Every time i visit certain pages on certain websites the displayed page is out of date by a few months - actually January 13th 2005 to be specific. The websites in question are grammaticus.com and the bbc website. I'm using Internet Explorer. I've run adaware and ms antispyware with no results. Don't really want to change…

I can't find any similar problems on the web. Any suggestions?

have you tried deleting the cahce folder and repairing IE in add remove programs?
