5.1 soundcard and headphones?

i am thinking of getting a 5.1 soundcard and 5.1 headphones.

Anybody have a set or can you recommend a good usb sound card.

http://www.elitebastards.com/page.php?pageid=6537&head=1&comments=1 has a review of a set of 5.1 phones and they dont seem to badly priced.

any ideas suggestions comments.

I got the Creative Soundblaster Live 24-bit External (€69), hooked up to the set of 5.1 speakers I got in Aldi for €35.

Can't beat it really. It does everything it says on the tin and comes with a tiny remote control.

Don't know about 5.1 headphones, though. I think your head might need an upgrade to cope with them.

I've got the zalman 5.1 and they are great. Really comfortable and the sound quality is kick ass (altho not alwayas as good as a proper 5.1 system but then i don't drive my girlfriend up the wall playing me games. I won them in a custom PC competition a while ago

I've the medusa 5.1 headset and an audigy 2 nx/zs sounds sweet....
