Could anyone tell me how to go about getting Network Play for the PS2? Also for those of you that have it, is it worth it?

You need to buy a Network Adaptor which can be found in HMV and then you need to get broadband among other things. Sorry but I don't fully know

If you already have broadband and a slim PStwo, you don't need anything more (except a cable). If you have the old bulky PS2, you'll need to be a relatively expensive network adapter. Don't try using it with just a 56k connection.

Unlike xbox live, there are no subscription fees. The service is free. There are tonnes of games arriving with online capability nowadays. Virtually all sports games (with the irritatingly notable exception of PES4) and virtually all racing games (with the irritatingly notable exception of GT4) along with plenty of other games such as resident evil outbreak.

I always have people to play against here in the US, but i don't think PS2 Online is as popular in europe, so finding opponents with good ping might be troublesome.

I'm very happy with it, though. And if you have the PStwo, there's really no excuse not to get online :)
