    I guy called Shay from the Irish school of motoring got me through it all and I found him excellent. He worked in their Fairview branch and did all around the Raheny area. That was 6 years ago so may not be still there!

    when i first started i got some old gesser bout 70 who just goes DRIVE and shouted the whole way at me.. what an asshole so i ran up for someone else and got a sound bloke called john..

    this was ISM in fairview there last customer will collect you and u drive them home then the next customer drives you home etc.. good idea

    John was good but he said he was going to spain soon so not sure if he is still there


    imo drivibg urself around unbusy estates is the easyiest way to learn..

    IIRC, driving unlicensed on a beach or in a carpark or wherever, is now, officially, illegal. Not terribly likely that you'd be caught on a beach, I suppose, but with car parks being gathering places for 'cruisers' these days, it's probably a tad riskier there.
