setting a hp printer quality in osx 10.3

Hi, wondering how to set the print quality, as I need it on best all the time, and its only on normal now i think. I've tried the print dialog box and pritner utility, cant find the option anywhere. its a photosmart 7150 thanks in advance for any help

Ahh!!! The freebe compustore printers!!!!

I tried for about a hour a few months ago and couldn't find anyway to do it, it seems the printer management software was only written for windows. It's possible that say if printing in photoshop you might be able to change the quality from within photoshop????
