I've applied for an invitation to the Accenture Graduate open night tomorrow (18th) in Dublin. I was late getting my CV in, though there is no deadline on the site. I'm just wondering if anyone else has heard back from them

My friend submitted one last weekend and still hasn't got anything back. Just a confirmation email saying thanks for registering....

I rang them this morning, since as I'm in Cork, I need to travel. They said that they were still going through them, but I was on the list and to come on the night

Accenture from what I have heard from mates who worked there are chronic for slave driving, they pay good sponds but you definately do the hours so as long as you are prepared for that best of luck with it.

I was offered a job there about 3 years ago, had a 4 hour interview process, brutally drawn out!

have certainly heard that Accenture work you hard and move you on when they're finished with you - allbeit you're in demand afterwards.

4hrs sounds short, I'd bout 10hrs total screening for my grad job!! :(

    10 hours, mother of god!!

I had 6 years exp and Clarify certified at the time so maybe that is why I was shorter (the interview not me! ;)

In demand by whom ? Most companies I've dealt with laugh at accenture's standards. Only i'm covered by NDA's and a nice payment to make sure I keep them, the stories relating to accenture and one of my employee's I could tell.

Based on my experiences with accenture, I've turned down most consulting roles I've been offered, both here and in UK, regardless of the compay.
