    I'd have nothing against Targa (or any other brand, based on obscurity alone) but the resolution isn't that great on that model.
    Most 20in LCDs nowadays use 1280x1024 resolution panels.
    You'd be better off with something like this for a budget lcd tv atm http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=124838&view=detailed

    It's only a 17 but the res is much better. Then again tv is crap resolution anyway so res mightnt be that critical for you if you'll never use it as a monitor.
