Plastic Surgery??

    Alright lads.
Ive some terrible bad scarring on my chest (mainly) due to acnce of a few yrs back and i
would love to get them removed/ less noticeable. for those in the know they are angry red keloids. not really raised too much anymore as a derm has been injecting them and laser treating them for 2-3 yrs and i spose they are a bit better than originally but id never take my top off in public even still. And they were terrible in the day. one of the lads who saw it at the time laughed "how many times did you get shot" so you can imagine they are very bad.
So i was wondering if anyone knows would plastic surgery help or hinder me? Maybe a skin graft??
Where can i get this done ? How much would it cost? Any free consultations or anything?
What about surgery overseas? is that cheaper?
Anyone ever get keloids before? Any chance of gettin them removed?
I really would love to get these sorted so i could just do normal things like swimming again or even go to the beach.
    Thanks...

i have similar problem with a scar on my face from where i got a mole removed. The reason mine reacted badly and became blood red and raised was because i've got some scaring tissue disorder or something. Ask your gp to make sure you don't have something similar(not sure what the chances are)
