Graphics card advice needed

I am building a PC and need some advice about graphics cards please as I'm completely clueless about them. I realise this question is always asked but most people around here are interested in building machines for gaming, which is not a requirement with this PC.

The machine is mostly for use by my parents - Internet and Microsoft Office etc. It may be used at times for some old Win98 games.

What AGP graphics card would you recommend (max budget approx €100). I know that this machine does not require a top of the range card but at the same time I want a card that will do them for a couple of years before it would need upgrading.

If its not going to be used for gaming nearly any card will do you and you will not need to upgrade it.

If it will be used for gaming at all a 9600Pro 128mb will be perfect for you and come in at €100.

I do image editing and play retro games, my system has a geforce FX5200 128mb card and it works fine for what I do, should be able to pick up a new one for about 30yoyos on import, or as low as £8 stg on ebay etc second hand.

If I were going to spend €90 would I not be better off to go for the 9600 Pro 256 MB http://komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=302976&cks=PRL ? There isn't mush in the price difference.

No You you see any benefits what so ever. but you dont even need a card that powerful try this one http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=300696&cks=PRL
Its got more than enough power for what you want and only 59Euros, ya cant go wrong.
