I'm a 17 year old female who weighs 147 pounds and is 164cms tall. I don't consider myself fat and I don't have that much muscle so I'm really curious as to where the weight comes from.
Anyway, as part of my new health regime thing I have decided to use my little brother's trampoline. It's one of the bigger ones so I'm not sure what kinds of exercise to do on it as all the guides are for the small indoor versions. I do about 20 minutes 3 times a week. My only moves on it are jumping jacks and jumping once and the next time bouncing higher and lifting my feet up as high as I can. I'm looking to tone up a little so any suggestions? I plan to raise the time I bounce for up to 30 mins next time. Cheers.

I know a few people that got themselves in shape through trampolining so it can work for people.

But I've never tried it myself, so I've no advice really. Good luck with it tho! :)

I'd imagine there are far more fun things then jumping on a trampoline........

why not do tumbles, summersaults etc. Surely just bouncing would tone you up to though?
