barred phone numbers

    right, whats the story when a number you ring all the time suddenly gets 'restricted from use' by your phone network? me and my boyf make each other missed calls sometimes, and now his number is barred, whats the story rory?

    If it's a landline ring up the customer service?

    yes. i will try that. but knowing what the criteria are for getting a number barred is what interests me.
