Had a bit of a twinge in my left wrist while training last night, specifically while doing dumbell curls. I have always done them with a twist, but after the twinge I did them straight and it seemed fine.I was going to bandage it up a bit maybe too give it some extra support for the next while.

Is there any special sports/wrist specific bandages or anything I can get. Or will normal bandages do the trick?

Also are there any excercises I can do to maybe strenthen it up a bit.
