    Because the second link's forum doesn't have a mod. If you reported the post it would have been looked at by the category/super mod. Did you report the post?

    I got the impression the OPs objection was for someone getting banned, not someone not getting banned.
    I take it mods only type with one hand so?

    I agree Kittenkiller, it's likely most of the mods are wan%%%s
