    Mr. Spring

Mr Spring (Tim Hannigan) has been at the heart of the dance music scene in Ireland since the beginning. Along with Mark Kavanagh, Mr. Spring set up the country’s first dance label, Red Records, which had a string of successful hits including a dozen singles that made it in to the Irish Top 30.

Another of Spring’s projects was Sound Crowd which produced four top 30 hits and won a dance award at the prestigious Hotpress Awards.

He later went on to set up his own label DT (which later became Spring Records) also releasing over 30 singles between ‘95 and ’98.

Spring has also had success abroad with Voyager 1.56 which was released on UK based Manifesto, and Blaxxtraxx Vol 3.5 on his own label and Profondo Rosso which was released on the renowned Y2K label.

On the back of his success producing tracks, Spring was in great demand, DJ’ing across Europe including Creamfields and Homelands in Ireland.

Although he has stopped releasing records recently, he can still be found in his home studio surrounded by his collection of synths, and now concentrates on his Saturday night dance show on 2fm.

    Eros De Funk

Eros De Funk has a blend of dance floor friendly sounds with a funky element. They are fresh, funky and energetic and it show's in their music.

Eros De Funk is Russell Cooley, Timmy Gibson, Tommy Conway and vocalist Nat Leonard.

Timmy and Tommy have been Dj'ing the Irish circuit for 8 years. They were residents on 2FM's ‘626’, and were also critics on 2FM's ‘Firing Squad’ They have been producing music for 3 years, and have had collaborations with other Irish DJ's including Mr Spring. Top DJ John Power has supported Timmy and Tommy’s previous tracks on national radio.

Nat Leonard has just finished recording 3 tracks with top UK producer Chad Jackson and globe trotting DJ Dave Seaman's new project ‘Group Therapy’. Nat’s previous track got to No. 5 on Pete Tong's Buzz chart, and was championed also by Lush resident Col Hamilton. Nat is a talented singer with looks and personality to go with it. Nat teamed up doing live gigs with Timmy and Tommy and has brought a great stage presence and a flair for singing live to their act and has had outstanding reviews in The Star and Hot Press.

Russell Cooley has been making music for 6 years. He has just teamed up with Timmy and Tommy and already Russell has had interest from some of Dublin’s leading underground labels. Techno producer the Advent had kind words to say of Russell's music and spinned one of his tracks while touring in Ireland.

    H3LX
H3LX (Peter Nelis) has been making electronic music for 5 years, starting off with very simple hard house tracks in late 1999, and his first track “Hallucinogic” received airplay on Ireland’s national radio station 2FM.
A chance meeting with high profile Italian DJ Joy Kitikonti in February 2002, gave H3LX the break he needed. Kitikonti was so impressed with his remix of UMEK’s ‘Gatex’ that he went on to play it in many of his sets from Dublin to Columbia.
In April 2002 H3LX did another remix for Joy Kitikonti, of his track “Joydontstop”. Again, Kitikonti was extremely impressed with it and proceeded to play this remix in his sets constantly between March and November 2002, including plays in Dublin’s Temple Theatre and Gods Kitchen in the UK.
In December 2002 H3LX got his first big break DJ'ing, supporting Judge Jules and Anne Savage in the Temple Theatre in Dublin. Several more gigs followed in the Temple Theatre, the biggest being in March of 2003, when Marco V pulled out at the last minute and H3LX took over the main slot. The 2,000 strong crowd soon dispelled any disappointment as H3LX rocked the and received rave reviews
In September 2003 H3LX enrolled in a sound engineering and music technology course in a bid to further his production skills and techniques. A better understanding of music theory gained from this course saw a change in his production style, to a more electro/80s sound.
In March 2004 H3LX played his first live set in the Temple Bar Music Center and has since played 3 more live sets in Dublin, with 2 more on the cards before the end of May this year.
In February H3LX was contacted by Joy Kitikonti to doing another remix, this of Joydontstop for his 2005 remix package on Media Records, Italy. This remix was released on the 23rd of February and has received great reviews. It is expected that the remix will receive much support from many big name DJs and on major radio stations such as BBC.
