Anyone spot the green van at Kilmacanogue in the 60 kph zone that has what looks like a camera pointing out the back window? Is this a speed check in disguise?

More than likely. But it's not disguised unless it's hiding behind a bus stop.

Where was it exactly? I went through there yesterday around midday and didn't see anything suspicious.

New Speed trap thru Glen of the Downs - didn't know about it until seen Gatso van - breaked but probably caught.
The sign is up on South bound side but haven't spotted sign on North bound side.
It will be a good earner for the government until drivers get familiar with it!!!!

Thanks for pointing that out. I know the powers that be have everyone's safety in mind when they are picking these dangerous dual carriageway sections. Like the section on the Arklow bi-pass. These dangerous straight sections with lower speed limits than the motor way. Always putting of safety first & nothing to do with the revenue they bring in.

Don't forget they love downward hills so you have to step on the brakes constantly.
