    ive been searching the forum for any places you have recommended in new york and they are all unavailable for my requiremnts!argh!

    i should add, i am a student seeking a nice but cheap place to stay in new york.

    also i have seen some bad reports about hotel 17 on this forum, anyone want to give a second opinion?
