Just wondering what is the story with regards to the people who are already entitled to free line rental from the DFSA

do they still have to pay the 35 euro

or do they pay the difference 11 euro or whatever it is

I asked them the same question on behalf of someone and the answer I got was:

"Customers who are entitled to the Department of Family and Social Affairs
allowance , will still avail of this."

From the Smart Telecom Broadband FAQ
Will my DSFA allowance be affected?

No, your monthly allowance will be credited to your Smart Telecom account.
