    Hi Folks,

    I have been trying to install DVD Santa on my Dell Dimension 3000 but I keep getting an error message that says: MoveFile Failed: Code 5 Access Denied.

    I typed this message into Google and noticed similar type messages in various forums all of whom seemed to relate this to McAfee. Just before I tried the install, McAfee downloaded an update and I then got a Trojan detected and cleaned message from McAfee. Does anyone know that this is related to my problem and if so, how do I fix it or should I just contact McAfee and get them to fix it?

    Have you tried to disable McAfee just for the installation..?

    You could also have possibly got a bad dl that has had some trojan added to it...
