    Who actually owns these casinos?
    Is it a consortium, or a major businessman (a la Dermot Desmond type) ?

    Are the dealers mainly full time or part time?

    Any other interesting facts about these places?

    A very nice fellow called Paul, who plays in both the tournaments and in cash games at the Fitz, told me he was on the board of directors there, which leads me to believe that casino is owned by a consortium. Does Liam Flood own the Merrion, or is he only the director?

    I wouldn't mind owning a casino in Vegas - screw Wynn's, play at Ionapaul's instead! I would guarantee the cocktail waitresses with the lowest cut tops - once they hit their 30th birthday, out they would go! Yeah, it would be a really classy place...
