Apparently, it's a really common dream. I know I've had it a few times, it's pretty freaky.

Anyone else dreamt that their teeth all fell out?

Yeah I've had different variations of my teeth falling/getting knocked out but the worst one was a dream where they were crumbling away...eww.

yeah, i've had that dream quite a few times. one of the most common readings for that is that losing teeth represents underlying stress in your life, a loss of control over your life and circumstances and so on. it usually happens during times of stress, apparently.

Have that dream all the time. It implies you're worried about something.

Yup, i've had this dream quite a few times. In one dream I rememberd that I had had previous dreams where my teeth fell out. It was kinda odd as I knew in my dream that I was dreaming and my teeth came back.

    A.

This should be a sticky at this stage!! Teeth falling out is usually stress - just becareful that you're not actually griding your teeth in your sleep like I was - I have to wear a retainer type thing at night so I don't smash my teeth!!

Yup you can include me aswell. Havent had as many as i used to have, i would always get them around exam time in college which definitely fits in with the 'under stress' explanation. Still got up every morning after them and brushed my teeth for a lot longer than usual :(

If you get headaches a lot it could be a sign that you are griding. When I was getting my wisdom teeth the specialist guy told me there was signs of grinding - after getting the teeth out I was still getting pains in my jaw and it turned out that grinding my teeth in was causing the pain...ANYHOOS I had to get a resin guard for when I was sleeping - i thought it was a bit stupid but its got GIANT dents in it where I would have wrecked my teeth!

I got it a few times myself. I thought it meant that you were running out of time to do something or other

Yup, the old tooth-falling out dream... such a relief to wake up and find them all intact. :)

The Popes teeth fell out a long time ago, I use dentures now. I can eat apples no problem.

This whole feigned Papacy thing is getting old. Please stop, it's quite annoying.

Are you suggesting that I am not really Joseph Ratzinger?

Yes. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure the Pope has more important things to do than post on an Irish message board about dreams involving teeth falling out.

There's a widely held belief in China that this dream is an omen of the impending death of somebody close to you.

I always heard it meant you were goin to get a cash windfall. Doesn't mean it's true.
